​ADMISSIONS

It is time for our 2022-2023 enrollment at St. Mary Immaculate Parish School.  We offer a quality faith-centered education for children from Pre-School (age 3 by September 1, 2022) to Grade Eight.  You do not have to be a registered parishioner at St. Mary Immaculate in order to register for our school or to be placed on the waiting list.  In addition, we ask that you bring your child’s birth certificate and baptismal certificate along with a $200 registration fee per family with you when you register in the Main Office (Entrance A, south of the Commons Doors).  

 

We are currently taking appointments for registration.  Registration for new students to our school begins on Sunday, January 30, 2022.  Please direct all appointment inquiries to Hope at 815-436-3953. Thank you for your interest in St. Mary Immaculate Parish School.

 

 
Age Requirements for Admission


1.  Students must be:

• three years old by September 1 for entrance into Preschool

• four years old by September 1 for entrance into Pre-Kindergarten

• five years old by September 1 for entrance into Kindergarten and;

• six years old by September 1 for entrance into 1st grade.


2.  Families must be registered parishioners of SMI to get the parishioner tuition rate and must present at the time of registration a copy of a birth certificate and baptismal certificate for each child.

 

Application Procedures

 

St. Mary Immaculate Parish School begins Registration for each school year openings during the last week of January during Catholic Schools Week. This process establishes class lists and possible waiting lists for the upcoming school year. Please be advised that every family on these lists are required to attend Mass regularly and give financial support to the parish.
